If you're like me, you find an author you like and each story creation seems better than the first, if that's possible. This story was a page turner for me and read it in 2 nights! I thought I was reading to make me sleepy but the action, the passion, the storyline was so intriguing I just wanted more of the book and less sleep didn't matter. If you've read Karen Kinna's first Book 1 of the Trilogy, then keep going... you need to reserve Book 3 due at Christmas 2014. This author has a way of making the characters come to life and you can't wait to see what will happen next, which is out of control fires, babies, passion, and love. Karen Kinna knows how to write a gripping suspenseful love story that leaves you begging for more. It's a fast paced novel that starts off running with Tess Taylor (the sister of Dr. Taylor from the first book) showing up on Brody Gallaghers (Quinn's brother) door about to give birth to her first baby.
As the story unfolds you get sucked in deeper and deeper into the story because the characters are so likeable and real. It's as if you are right there yourself in the story. Experiencing and fully immersed in their lives as the drama plays out.
It has the perfect balance of steamy saucy romance and spine tingling suspense that it may just keep you up all night!! If you love Agatha Christie's Poirot and Nora Roberts..You'll love this book! I know I did. I finished all up in just one night )
I met the author purchasing a beagle pup from her and she mentioned her two books to me. They were great along with a good person she seems to be. Looking forward to more.
